Dr. Dao will spend 75 minutes learning about your unique health history and situation. She will ask some questions you might not have thought about before. Following the call, she puts together your personalized lifestyle, diet, supplement, medication and testing plan. This will be your health bible for the next year of healing.

Dr. Christine Dao is the heart and soul behind Dao Integrated Health, where she passionately blends Western and Traditional Medicine to offer truly integrative care.
Her journey began with personal health challenges, including Lyme, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), asthma and chronic pain, which ignited her pursuit of medical knowledge.
Over the years, Christine’s dedication led her to master Functional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Pranic Healing and more.
Her personal experiences with chronic illness deepened her empathy and commitment to patient-centered care.
She believes that true healing arises from treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This philosophy drives her holistic approach, combining advanced lab testing with traditional therapies to craft personalized, effective treatment plans.
As a mentor and educator, Christine empowers her patients with the knowledge and tools to regain control of their health. Her nurturing, calm presence fosters a supportive environment where patients feel confident in their journey toward lasting wellness.
